The Eurogeo5 organization has reserved rooms at favourable rates for the Congress participants. If you would like to book accommodation, please complete the section on the Registration Form, stating your preferences. All bookings will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES HOTELS
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing:
· Before 15 May 2012: 100% will be refunded, less 25 euros for administrative expenses.
· Between 16 May and 15 July 2012: a penalty of one night will be charged.
· Between 16 July and 5 September 2012: a penalty of two nights will be charged.
· After 6 September 2012, or for no-shows: No refund will be issued.
