All cancellations must be sent in writing to TILESA KENES SPAIN, e-mail: eurogeo5@kenes.com
The cancellations must be notified in writing to the secretary of the congress. A full refund of the Total fee, less a 15% administration fee, will be given for cancellations received before 1 July 2012. NO refund will be given for cancellations received after 1 July 2012. Any applicable refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES HOTELS

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing:

· Before 15 May 2012: 100% will be refunded, less 25 euros for administrative expenses.
· Between 16 May and 15 July 2012: a penalty of one night will be charged.
· Between 16 July and 5 September 2012: a penalty of two nights will be charged.
· After 6 September 2012, or for no-shows: No refund will be issued.
