The Exhibition will be held indoors – (37 Stands) where Manufacturers and Professional Service Providers will be able to showcase products and services to potential clients throughout Valencia. It will be a showcase for all geosynthetic related industries and services and will be held concurrently with the conference.

Stand details Exhibitor
The exhibition will stretch over three floors with 37 stands size 3x2.
There are shell scheme packages.
The shell scheme stands will be supplied with a fascia board spanning the width of the stand (printed with company name) stand walls, a 15 amp plug point and spotlights.
All stand fees, includes one Registration.

Choosing your stand
Please study the attached exhibition floor layout plans carefully, before making your stand choice. Please provide several options.
The organization of the Exhibition will allocate the stands according with the guidelines of Booth Selection Procedures, for IGS Corporate Members, at IGS Conferences & Exhibits Send an email to the contact provided sponsor@eurogeo5.org and you´ll be answered with the choice awarded. After that you´ll be requested for payment and signed the exhibition lease contract and you will be sent a comprehensive Exhibition Manual which will provide the necessary stand reply forms, guidelines and general terms and conditions.

• Full Payment on request
d. Exhibitor not member of IGS: 7.000€
• Submit application time: From 2º of November, to 1st of May 1, 2012
