Call for Abstracts
Only abstracts sent to the Congress website shall be accepted. Abstracts received by fax or mail will not be considered.

3 January 2012 Notice of acceptance of abstracts to prospective authors
31 March 2012 Deadline for submission of final papers

Types of Submissions:

There will only be one type of presentation. Oral communication. It must be original and unpublished. In order for the Technical Committee of the Congress to carry out a proper assessment of the presentation, an abstract must be submitted prior to presentation, with a maximum of 400 words.

The abstracts may be submitted in English or in Spanish.

Submission Requirements:
*Must not have been presented at any other congress
*Must be unpublished

General Guidelines for Submissions.

1. Only Submissions sent through the Congress webpage shall be accepted. Submissions received by fax or mail will not be considered.
2. Deadline for submission of abstracts 31 December 2011
3. The author submitting the abstract must clearly identify himself/ herself, entering name in bold letters and underlined. He/She should also provide a contact e-mail.
4. The abstract should not exceed a maximum of 400 words.
5. The abstract of the submission can be written in either English or Spanish, in simple terms and avoiding complicated characters or formulas.
6. All abstracts received shall be evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers, and submitted after being considered by the Technical Committee of the Congress.
7. At least one of the authors of the submission must be registered in the Congress before 31 July 2012.
8. If the submission is accepted, the author will be asked to e-mail the FINAL PAPERS of submission BEFORE 31 March 2012.
